I have been in the graphic and web design fields for over 15 years. I started out as a production designer with a financial company in 2006. As I proved myself, I took on more responsibilities, eventually working my way up to Art Director, where I oversaw all campaigns that left the building. Oh, and all the while I also had a booming freelance business that I plugged away at in the evenings. After 10 years at my day job, I decided it was time to move on and instead dedicate my working hours fully to Stop and Say Hello Design.
Wondering about the name? It means two things to me. 1) I am an enormous Beatles fan, and “stop and say hello” is a line from Penny Lane. 2) It evokes feelings of friendliness and ease, which is exactly what I want you to have when you work with me!
Given my diverse background, I feel comfortable designing for print, web, and anything in between. I have a high level of experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, WordPress, as well as HTML and CSS. I have begun working with Squarespace recently, too!
I also have a wide range of experience working with all levels of businesses, from individuals to small start-ups to corporate environments. I am experienced in a variety of industries: construction, education, finance, healthcare, holistic care, non-profit, real estate and technology.
The best advertisement is word of mouth, and my goal is to grow my business by always keeping my clients happy.
When I am not working, I love to spend time with family, friends, traveling (Colorado is my happy place), reading, gardening and exploring the outdoors! Oh, and watching Netflix, but that goes without saying these days.
